Job Responsibilities

Sales

Educate, strategize and successfully sell our virtual staffing solutions through outbound calls/emails and in person visits when necessary.
Consult with warm leads about the best ways to meet their business-practice needs, and aim to close sales.
Utilize social media, phone calls, emails, in-person visits and other methods to reach potential provider practices and build strong relationships with them.
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to possible clients the benefits our products could have for them.
Serve as an expert in our virtual staffing offerings and be a go-to source for customers who want to learn more about our products.

Account Management

Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their practice and staffing needs and ensuring we're meeting their expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams/staff to ensure clients needs are met.
Seek opportunities to cross sell other services offered by our companies to clients.
Conduct client account review meetings
Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: 10% of your clients accounts MRR; up to position maximum.
